At Rumpala LTD, we value your satisfaction, which is why we offer flexible revision options. When choosing your service package, you also select the number of revisions included. As long as your revisions stay within the agreed-upon design scope, no extra charges will be applied. With no hidden
fees for adjustments aligned with your original concept, our dedicated team ensures that revisions are completed within the set timeframe. We take pride in offering fast, reliable service to meet your expectations every step of the way.

Refund Policy:

By signing up, you agree to our refund policy, which specifies that services are non-refundable after 48 hours of onboarding.

If you choose to cancel within 24 hours of onboarding, we offer a 50% refund.

This policy reflects the non-returnable nature of personalized digital services and manual labor involved in delivering our work.

While we aim for your satisfaction, this is not a “pay only if you like it” service. Payments cover creative deliverables based on your brief, feedback, and revisions. We do not guarantee satisfaction, marketing outcomes, growth, or engagement, but we are happy to implement revisions as per your feedback.

Deliverables:

We do not offer refunds if you are dissatisfied with the deliverables; however, we are happy to make necessary revisions. 

Once deliverables have been approved, the approval is considered final, and no further revisions will be made.

Website Deployment

Rumpala will deploy the website for the customer on a Hosting server provided by the customer or purchased through us.

If not part of the package it needs to be purchased from a Third-Party Service provider either by the customer or through our own in-house servers or cloud services.

In the event the website is hosted on a Third-Party web server purchased by the customer, Rumpala will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues.

There is no ongoing Service Level Agreement (S.L.A.) between the client and Rumpala LTD in terms of technical assistance or service outage unless purchased separately or included as an ongoing maintenance service.

Blackmail & Threats:

We have a zero-tolerance policy for attempts to bypass our refund policy through blackmail, such as threats of disputes or negative reviews in exchange for refunds, especially when we have fulfilled our contractual obligations.

Most review platforms have policies against using reviews as leverage and may remove unfair feedback or ban users who engage in such behavior.

In extreme cases, attempts to blackmail or extort may result in legal action, as these are criminal offenses. We may also pursue civil remedies if negative reviews are left in connection with unjustified refund demands.
